Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, and we are closed on weekends.

We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Our typical processing time is approximately 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delays from the courier can occur.

Important reminders:

• Avoid using PO boxes or hotel (temporary) addresses as your shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delivery changes, such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address."

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the carrier directly. Regrettably, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our shop.
